We implement industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your data during transmission and at rest. Your account credentials and API tokens are securely hashed and stored in compliant databases. We utilize Redis caching for API requests which may temporarily store resolved map coordinates.

MapFramer utilizes third-party infrastructure providers including Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery). While interacting with our service, data may be processed by these sub-processors in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
