1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MapFramer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. MapFramer is a developer tool designed to assist in the parsing and formatting of Google Maps URLs.
2. API Usage and Limits
You agree to use the MapFramer API in accordance with the quotas defined by your subscription tier. Automated abuse, rate-limit bypassing, or reverse-engineering of the proprietary link expansion algorithm is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. Disclaimers and Limitations
MapFramer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. The Service relies on the public Google Maps infrastructure. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of resolved coordinates due to the dynamic nature of map data. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
4. Subscriptions and Refunds
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless explicitly required by law.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to notify users of significant architectural changes or deprecations to the API structure.
